Catlyn Millis, Clinical Operations & Referral Coordinator
Catlyn Millis is a passionate and people-focused behavioral health operations professional who loves creating order out of chaos and helping clients get the care they need. As Clinical Operations & Referral Coordinator at Glimmer Mental Health, she combines organization, problem-solving, and compassion to support providers, families, and the community every day. Catlyn thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with her team, and is driven by making a real difference in the lives of others.
When Catlyn is not at “Glimmer Command,” she loves spending time with her three dogs — Lambeau, Draco, and Hendrix — going to concerts, discovering new workout classes, embracing her inner Disney adult, and being an obscenely voracious reader.
Renee Holden, Billing Coordinator
Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. She thoroughly enjoys working for Glimmer due to the agency's commitment to helping their clients with their mental health needs.
Siga Appelgate, Business Operations Admin & Onboarding Coordinator
Siga Appelgate is a dedicated administrative professional who thrives on supporting both her team and the people around her. From helping lead the hiring and onboarding process to jumping in wherever support is needed, she loves to problem solve. Based in Los Angeles (but originally from Las Vegas), she graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology which only furthered her passion for science and mental health advocacy for all ages.
Outside of work, Siga loves spending time with her dog - Obi, watching reality tv, long walks on the beach and is in constant search of the best Mexican food.
Aubany Glancz, Clinical Support Coordinator, LCSW
Aubany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across a variety of mental health and nonprofit settings, primarily serving adolescents. Aubany is passionate about supporting individuals in need and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and overcome challenges. She finds great fulfillment in being a member of the Glimmer Support Staff team.
Gena Margason, Billing and Compliance Specialist
Gena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Washington. Born in Las Vegas, Gena values the rich diversity that defines the city. Dedicated, dependable, and team-oriented, Gena values being part of an organization that makes a positive impact in the lives of children and their families every day.
Alyse Eighmy, Document Compliance Specialist and Administrative Support
Alyse Eighmy is a detail-oriented operations professional who enjoys creating efficient systems, solving problems, and supporting both clients and clinicians at Glimmer Mental Health. She is passionate about improving processes and ensuring behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly so providers can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Outside of work, Alyse enjoys spending time with her family, planning Disney adventures, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, trying new recipes, and finding creative ways to stay organized. She brings dedication, positivity, and a sense of humor to everything she does.
